30/09/25 As contractors how should we perceive projects where the PM or Client does not want to use a cloud based management tool?

Brad Cahill - "The way I'd look to combat that is to speak to your preferred contract management provider, your software provider and work with them. Approach the client and sit down together to explain the value and benefits of using a tool to collaborate on the contracts."

Glenn Hide - "What about contractors who don't want to use cloud-based systems with their subcontractors? In the survey last summer, only 33% were using it between contractor and subcontractor. Contractors complain about subs not following the rules, but still avoid these systems. Cloud-based systems educate and guide the supply chain, encouraging them to follow the right processes, rather than as a tool to punish. Proper use helps projects succeed."
