30/09/25 Having issued an EWN to a subcontractor, but the subcontractor has chosen to ignore and failed to attend a risk reduction meeting, resulting in the Contractor completing remedial works, how can costs be passed to the subcontractor?

Neil Earnshaw - "From what you’ve described, it sounds like a defect issue. If you've notified the defect of the subcontractor, if they fail to return to correct it within the period required by the contract, then you can assess the additional cost of having somebody else correct the defect. That's the simple mechanism."
