Construction Monopoly Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is free and open to those aged 18 or over.
2. To enter, participants must scan the QR code and complete the entry form before the closing date.
3. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4. The competition closes on Tuesday 16th June at 3.30pm. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
5. One winner will receive a copy of Construction Monopoly. No cash alternative is available.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified on the day of the NEC Peoples Conference at the event.
7. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
8. By entering, participants agree that their contact details may be used for the administration of the competition and, where consent is provided, for future marketing communications. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy and used only for the purposes described in these Terms & Conditions, unless additional consent is provided.
9. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary.
10. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
12. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that images and recordings in which they may appear may be used by the promoter for marketing, promotional, website, social media, and other business communications purposes without further compensation. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify the event organiser.
